documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

meeting notifications and automatic distribution of meeting materials to
participants through e-mail.

MeetingPlace Flex Menu
Allows system managers to assign specific
custom recorded menus associated with port group types. If port group
“1” was configured for the Sales department to use, customized prompts
can be played for Sales department users who call the telephone number
associated with that port group. When users dial into a MeetingPlace
conference server with Flex Menus, the voice prompts they hear depend
on the telephone number they dial.
Instructions for installing and managing these packages are provided in
separate documents.
System Manager Responsibilities
MeetingPlace is designed to require a minimal level of management. As
system manager, your role will be to:

Maintain the database of MeetingPlace profiles

Set up an internal support strategy

Track resource usage

Perform traditional maintenance functions

Handle system alarms

Ensure system security
Maintaining Profiles
Each person in your user community should have a MeetingPlace user
profile
defined in the MeetingPlace database. User profiles contain
information such as:

User ID and passwords

Class-of-service privileges

Meeting preferences

Notification information (e-mail address)

Attend information (phone number and pager number)
