Enabling Guests to Join Meetings from the Web
By default, your MeetingPlace system is configured to prevent outdialing to
guests when they click the Join Voice Conference button from the web.
However, you can change this configuration to allow users to schedule
meetings that allow guests to be outdialed when they click the Join Voice
Conference button. This functionality makes the attending process much easier
for guest users and is particularly useful in meetings that are attended by
people outside your organization, such as customers, partners, or suppliers.
