DART Email Requirements
The end user’s system must have a default email client configured that uses the MAPI client. MAPI is
only supported on Windows, and uses an Exchange server. The default email client is set in the Windows
registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Default.

If the email client does not meet the requirements, then clicking the Send button displays a system
message saying that your default email client is not configured.

Email Client Messages
Most email clients display a warning message after the end-user clicks the Send button. The following
