Radio and IP Address Configuration
The access point ships with its radio disabled and no assigned IP address or
service set identifier (SSID). You must enable them when you configure the
access point for the first time. The access point no longer is assigned an IP
address. It is configured to obtain an IP address by using a DHCP server. If
your network does not use a DHCP server, you must connect to the access
point console port and assign a static IP address (See the
