Setting CNR to Ping an IP Address Before Assigning
To avoid duplicate address assignment, CNR can be configured to ping an IP
address before assigning it to the client. This is important in a Cisco
StadiumVision deployment because the prepping script for the DMPs disable
DHCP.

If a client responds to the ping, the DHCP server marks that address as
