Deleting individual addresses in Address Book

Address Book tab.

Check the boxes of the addresses you want to delete and click 
Delete.
Check the box at the top of the column to select all addresses.
Click 
OK in the confirmation window to delete the addresses.
Searching for individual addresses in the address book

Select 
Address Book tab.
   
You can sort the address book by clicking each column header. For example, click 
Speed No. to sort the addresses by speed dial number. Click a column a second time 
to reverse the sort order.

Enter a name or part of a name to search for in the search field. 
   
You can search for addresses in a specific category such as 
Fax Number, Email, SMB, 
and so on.
For example, if you want to find a fax number, click the drop down list next to 
 and 
select 
Fax Number.

 and the search results appear.
   
You can see the addresses in a specific category such as 
Fax Number, Email, SMB, etc.
For example, if you want to see the addresses which are included fax number, click 
drop down list below 
LDAP and select Fax Number.
