Entering Transactions that Occur on a Regular Basis
Entering the same transaction every month, like paying rent, can
be cumbersome. Simply Accounting allows you to store
recurring transactions so that you can recall and process them
when you need to.

Payments (when making miscellaneous payments)

Storing a Recurring Transaction
When you store a transaction, Simply Accounting does not
update any accounts. It saves the details so that you can process
them later.

1. In the Home window, open the window in which you want
to create the entry.
2. Enter the transaction as you normally would, but do not
process it.

3. Click the Store As Recurring Transaction toolbar button, and
fill in the information about the transaction.
