Intercom calls can be made between 
handsets in the same radio cell.
Note:

If you receive an outside call while 
talking on the intercom, you hear 2 
tones. To answer the call, press

, then press {C}.

When paging the handset, the paged 
handset beeps for 1 minute.

This feature allows the handset to 
answer intercom calls automatically 
when it is called. You do not need to 
press {C}. When this feature is set to 
“On”, the monitoring handset for the 
baby monitor feature (page 34) will also 
answer baby monitor calls automatically. 
The default setting is “Off”.

You can locate a misplaced handset by 
paging it.

Base unit: Press {x}.

All registered handsets beep for 1 
minute.

To stop paging:
Base unit: Press {x}.
Handset: Press {ic}.

Outside calls can be transferred 
between 2 handsets in the same radio 
cell.
2 handsets in the same radio cell can 
have a conference call with an outside 
party.

During an outside call, press 4 to 
put the call on hold.

Wait for the paged party to answer.

If the paged party does not 
answer, press ^ to return to the 
outside call.

To complete the transfer:
Press {ic}.

The outside call is being routed to 
the destination unit.

To establish a conference call:

continue the conversation.
