The Applications menu screen holds all the applications on the device. Applications that you download and install from the web are also added to 

the applications screen. 

You can palce shortcuts to applications on the Home screen, for quick access to the application.

From a Home screen, tap Applications

Slide your finger top or bottom to scrool the Application screens.

Tap an icon to launch the desired application.
