Standard Formats
The IT2410 Tag Programmer can code tag data using formats specified by wireless
communications standards such as the California Title 21 Regulation for AVI Com-
patibility, the International Standards Organization (ISO), the Association of Ameri-
can Railroads (AAR), the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and the
American Trucking Association (ATA).

Anti-Static Wrist Strap
The IT2410 Tag Programmer includes a wrist strap for the user to wear when pro-
gramming tags. The wrist strap prevents damage to tag circuits from electrostatic dis-
charge (ESD). The wrist strap has a banana plug (see Figure 2-3) that inserts into the
front of the tag programmer (Figure 2-4).
