If a problem occurs that is not listed in the above table or if the problem
cannot  be  solved  with  the  proposed  solutions, please contact your local

Restoring factory default settings (Reset)

Switch the headset off (see page 16).

Keeping both Volume buttons pressed, gently pull the on/off power
slide away from the headset. The LED flashes 3 times purple and then
alternately blue and red. The headset tries to pair with the Bluetooth
devices (see page 11).
