Trobleshooting

Problem

Cause/Action

There is noise when turn on/off the

power.

This is normal

After turn on the power, no sound is

produced when press the keys.

Please confirm the connection to power is good

The note and its timber are of a little

differences under the same patch. This is normal

When use the sustaining function,

some patches are long while others

are short.

This is normal

The volume is too low.

Please turn up the the sound by using the volume switch buttom

Pitch from speakers does not match

the key played

Please check if the double keyboard mode or transposition

mode is on

Nose comes from speakers when

near sell phones

This is normal, caused by interferance from mobile signals

When use the mobile phone, there

is some noises.

Moblie phone could bring in disturbance. To avoid the
noise, turn off the moblie or keep away from
the piano.

　When play the piano, the pitch

is not

in accordance with the keyboard.

You may activate the SPLIT mode function.
Please turn off it.

Pitches can not be changed

when playing the piano, and

the pitch is not in accordance

with the keyboard.

You may activate the SPLIT mode function and
set the split point to the highest level. Turn off the SPLIT
mode function
and set the split point to the original.

Distortion or intermittent for

the demo songs.

  Long time playing leads to high temperature of the amplifier,
so self-
    protection  system  of  the  circuit  board  will  startup.  Turn
down the volume or
      turn  off  the  power  for  a  while  then  it  will  return  to
normal.

Two sounds appear at the

same time when playing the

piano

You may activate the dual mode function. Turn off it.

Dynamics is not as before

There are four dynamics, including weak, standard, strong and
off. You may select different dynamics. Select the dynamics
again as per your needs.
