Changing Drums
1.
Stop the pump. Close the air motor valve (BF).
2.
Set the inflatable seal valve (BJ) to deflate.
3.
Set the director valve (BC) to UP to raise the ram
plate.

Raise the ram plate until it is completely out of drum.

If needed, use air assist (BG) to help lift the ram
plate.

Remove the empty drum.
7.
Inspect the ram plate and, if necessary, remove any
remaining material or buildup.

Place a full drum on ram base.
9.
Lower the ram, and adjust the position of the drum
relative to the ram plate, as explained under Setting

Shutdown

Set the director valve (BC) to neutral.
2.
Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 14.
