LCD/VF Menu

Menu for setting the Shooting Assist function. (

For setting items such as the safety zone and center mark. (

For setting displays related to the status screen. (

For setting the brightness of the LCD monitor screen.

For setting the brightness of the viewfinder screen.

For setting the brightness of the LCD monitor backlight.
Auto

: Sets the brightness automatically.

: Sets to the standard brightness.

: Sets to a brightness brighter than Standard.

For setting whether to link the showing/hiding of the viewfinder screen with the pulling out of 
the viewfinder. (

: Shows the screen regardless of the viewfinder status.

: Shows the screen only when the viewfinder is pulled out.

● When there is no display on the LCD monitor, the viewfinder screen is displayed regardless 

of the setting.

● When the [HDMI], [COMPONENT OUT] or [A/V OUT] terminal is connected, video images 

will not appear on the viewfinder.

For selecting whether to add color to the contour of the focused image upon switching the 
image to black-and-white. (Focus Assist function) (

: Enables the Focus Assist function.

: Disables the Focus Assist function.

For setting the display color of the focused area when Focus Assist is activated.
Blue

: Displays the focused area in blue.

Green : Displays the focused area in green.
Red

: Displays the focused area in red.

For setting whether to display zebra patterns at the bright areas of the subject. (

: Displays the zebra pattern.

: Hides the zebra pattern.
