Remove the lower styrofoam pad from the carton
and place on a stable work surface.

Remove the fan motor assembly from the
protective plastic bag and position the fan motor
assembly in the lower styrofoam packing so that
the top for the motor is facing you. Place all carton
contents on a soft protective surface.
