Excessive amount of fuel.
Clean unit, including firepot, heat exchang-
ers and venting system.  Remove stainless 
steel baffle from firebox to clean ash from 
on top of baffle.  Clean behind rear brick 
panels.  Change fuel brand to premium.
Check that firepot clean-out plate is fully 
closed.
Reduce feed rate using feed rate adjustment 
control rod located inside hopper.
Nuisance shutdowns.
Low flame.
Sawdust buildup in hopper.
Feed motor is reversing.
Defective thermocouple.
Defective control box.
Firepot more than 1/2 full.
Increase feed by opening feed rate adjust-
ment control rod located inside hopper.
