Storing/Editing One-Touch Keys

This section describes the procedure for registering 
file server addresses in the one-touch keys.

You can also register file server addresses in the one-touch 
keys using the Send Function Setting Tool. For details, see “Use 
Send Function Setting Tool,” in the e-Manual.
If <RESTRICT NEW ADD.> is set to <ON>, you cannot register 
new destinations. Make sure that <RESTRICT NEW ADD.> is set 
to <OFF>. For details, see “Restricting the New Address,” in the 
e-Manual.

 

Press   [Menu].

 

Press 

 or 

 to select <ADDRESS 

BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

If a password has been set for the Address Book, 

enter the password using   –   [numeric keys], 

then press [OK].

 to select a one-touch key 

(01 to 20) for which you want to register

server on the network (120 characters 

maximum), then press [OK].
