Announces the entry and departure of all meeting participants.
Another feature of multiserver meetings is the automatic reconnect
operation. This feature enables a primary MeetingPlace server that has lost
its connection to a secondary server to automatically redial the secondary
server to re-establish the meeting. If the connection between two servers has
been lost, users should wait for the connection to be re-established. This
feature does not need to be enabled or configured by a system manager.
Using the Outdial Feature to Add a Server to a Meeting
If you have outdial privileges, you can use your touchtone phone to add
another MeetingPlace server to your meeting. To do so, you must know the
other server’s ID number and the meeting ID of the meeting you want to
connect to.

To add another MeetingPlace server to your meeting:

From within the meeting, press #39 on your touchtone phone.

When prompted, enter the MeetingPlace server ID number of the server
you want to add to the meeting.
