Scheduling a “zero-port” meeting
Someone may want to schedule a web conference independent of a voice
conference. This option allows users to share documents through a
MeetingPlace meeting without using up any ports. If ports are available, users
can also join a voice conference.

System problems can affect the quality of meetings or a user’s ability to use

Users cannot record meeting names, profile names, agendas, or entire

Also, check to see that the Max Recording Space (min) setting
(Configure tab, Server Configuration) is configured properly. This
