General Availability Release Version
The version number for general availability is 4.6.
The Agent Desktop and Desktop Administrator “About” dialog boxes (select
Help—About from the menu bar) contain version information as a series of 4
numbers separated by periods (for example, 4.6.0.0). From left to right, these
represent:

If you are unable to access the About dialog box, you may obtain version
information by right-clicking the executables (fastcall.exe or administrator.exe).
