Start Desktop Administrator. The Cisco Desktop Administrator window appears
1. 
Navigate to Locations > Call Centre 1 >Personnel Configuration > Agents.
2. 
Select the agent to whom you want to enable the feature, and select the work flow in which you have
configured the Time Of Day event.
3. 
Click the Save button.
4. 
Logout and login to the CAD agent.
