1. Start Cisco Desktop Administrator.
2. Select the logical contact center node, and then choose Setup > Configure
Systems to start the CAD Configuration Setup tool.

4. Answer Yes to the question, “Is the CTI OS security setting enabled?” and
then click Apply.

1. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin folder.
2. Locate and then double-click PostInstall.exe to start the CAD Configuration
Setup tool.
