The timer action enables you to trigger Agent State, HTTP, or Agent Notification actions
after a certain amount of time has elapsed under specified circumstances.

For instance, you can configure the Timer action to change the agent’s state to Ready
if the agent has been in the Work Ready state for 3 minutes.

To set up a Timer action:
1. Set up a new action. See
