Load Balancing
To distribute LDAP connections among a group of LDAP servers, you can configure your LDAP profile
for load balancing.
When you configure your LDAP profile for load balancing, the appliance distributes connections among
the LDAP servers listed. If a connection fails or times out, the appliance determines which LDAP servers
are available and reconnects to available servers. The appliance determines the number of simultaneous
connections to establish based on the maximum number of connections you configure.
If one of the listed LDAP servers does not respond, the appliance distributes the connection load among
the remaining LDAP servers.
