ISQ: Could not connect to off-box quarantine at $host:$port ‘host’ - address of off-box 

quarantine

’port’ - port to connect to on 
off-box quarantine

Information. Sent when AsyncOS was unable to connect to 
the (off-box) IP address.

ISQ: $msg

’msg’ - message to be 
displayed

Critical. Sent when a critical spam quarantine error is 
encountered.

ISQ: Database over $threshold% full

‘threshold’ - the percent full 
threshold at which alerting 
begins

Warning. Sent when the spam quarantine database is nearly 
full.

ISQ: database is full

Critical. Sent when the spam quarantine database is full.

ISQ: Failed to delete MID $mid for $rcpt: $reason

’mid’ - MID

’rcpt’ - Recipient or “all”

’reason’ - Why the message 
was not deleted

Warning. Sent when an email is not successfully deleted 
from the spam quarantine.

ISQ: Failed to send notification message: $reason

successfully sent.
