Specifies the implicit detach timer (IDT) timeout value for any 3G calls (not specific to ISR activated calls) 
as part of the implicit detach procedure on the network side. The IDT starts after expiry of the mobile 
reachable timer (MNR). Soon after IDT expiry, the subscriber is implicitly detached from the SGSN.

  From R15.0 release onwards the lowest configurable limit of the IDT timeout is modified to “240” 

seconds.
