Step 1
Select Load Firmware from the Edit pull-down menu.
Step 2
In the Firmware window, select the location of the new firmware under Name (for example, Macintosh 
HD).
Step 3
Click the new firmware image (PC340-350vxxx.img).
Step 4
Click the Open button to load the firmware image into your client adapter’s Flash memory.
Caveats
This section describes resolved problems for client adapter firmware release 4.23.
Resolved Caveats
When a client adapter with LEAP, WEP, and mixed-cell support enabled associates to an access point 
that has EAP and mixed WEP enabled, the client authenticates successfully but is unable to receive 
broadcasts from the access point (CSCdt38879). 
The most notable symptom is the inability of the client to receive a DHCP-assigned IP address. If the 
client is assigned a static IP address, it is able to successfully send and receive directed traffic. If the 
client associates to the same access point with WEP disabled, it can receive both broadcast and directed 
traffic.
