Removing Files from the webui Directory
Follow these steps to remove files from the webui work directory on the DTACS

Starting the Tomcat Process

5 Launch the Firefox browser and connect to the DTACS UI.
If Firefox issues still exist, then call Cisco Services for assistance in resolving the
error.

Clearing the Firefox Cache
1 Type cd /export/home/dtacs/.mozilla/ at the root prompt to change to the
Mozilla directory.
2 Type ls at the prompt to verity that the Firefox directory exists.
