An error message plays when calling a CTI route point
Symptom
Callers hear the following message when calling a CTI route point: “I’m
sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems.” The JTAPI subsystem
might also be in partial service because the CTI route point cannot load the
associated application script.

Possible Cause
The application script associated with the CTI route point did not
load correctly.
Recommended Action
1.
Validate the application script in the CRA Editor as follows:
•
From the CRA Administration web page, choose Scripts >
Manage Scripts.

Click the script and download it from the Repository.
•
Open the script in the CRA Editor.

Validate the script and save it.

Choose Scripts > Manage Scripts and upload the script to the
Repository.

When prompted, click Yes to refresh both script and applications.

Refer to the CRA trace files to verify that the application script was loaded
successfully.
