• Copy: Copy the selected audio file or multiple 

audio files to another folder.

• Record Audio: Go to the Record Audio tool 

to record a new audio file. For more 

• Create Folder: Create subfolders under the 

current folder in which audio files can be 

stored.

Lock/Unlock: Lock/unlock the audio file. 

Lock prevents the audio file from deletion. 

Unlock allows deletion.

Bluetooth Visibility: Make the selected 

audio file or multiple audio files visible to a 

Bluetooth device.

Sort by: Sort the audio files by date, type, 

name, or size.

Properties: Displays the Name, Format, 

Size, Forwarding (Possible or Impossible), 

Date (and time) created, and Location of the 

audio file.

4. Press Back to exit.

Record Audio

Record Audio allows you to record voice 
memos. It also allows you to send your audio 
clip to other people as an attachment of an 
multimedia message. Recording time varies 
based on the available memory within the 
phone.

To record an audio file:

1. From the Home screen, press Menu

My Files ➔ Sounds ➔ 

Recorded Audio.

2. To open the audio recorder, press Rec, if 

this is your first recording, or Options ➔ 

3. To start recording, press 

.

4. Record a memo by speaking into the 

microphone.

5. During the recording process you can 

press 

 to pause, or temporarily halt, 

the recording. (A red dot below the time 

line indicates that the recording is 

paused.) Press 

 again to resume 

recording.
