Chapter 6: Creating and Editing Programs
Selecting the Active Program, Assigning Sounds
A single screen allows the selection of the current program, as well
as the creation of a program’s sound assignments. To access this
screen, press the PROGRAM/SOUNDS key. The following menu
screen will appear:

Options 1 through 4 relate to creating and editing programs. Press 1
to go to the Select Program, Assign Sounds screen:

A description of screen fields and soft keys follows:
The Select Program section of the screen:
• The 
Active program
 field:
The active program is the program that is currently in use. Only one
program can be active at a time. This field is used to select which of
the 24 programs is currently active. All data displayed below and in
the other program screens apply only to the active program selected
here. Range: 1-24.

This field is located to the right of the 
Active program
 field. It
contains the currently assigned 16-character name for the selected
program number. This name is edited in the same way as the
Sequence Name field in the Play/Record screen.
