Clock Out - General
When an employee clocks out, a record of today’s time is
printed on the guest check printer according to the setting
of POS Option #62, Print Employee Report at Clock Out.
q If POS Option #62 is NO, a validation prints for the
completed shift on the guest check printer.
•
If a slip printer is in use, it will feed to the last line
of the employee’s time card and then print the
validation.
q If POS Option #62 is YES, a summary of all shifts
worked today prints on the guest check printer.
q If POS Option #49 Clock Out w/Open Checks, is set to
NO, all guest checks must be transferred or tendered
before the system allows clocking out. To verify if there
are open checks, use the Server Report.
