If an authorization had not previously been obtained for a

check, it can be initiated from the payment screen.

1. Recall guest check.
2. If split tender, index amount to be charged to the card.

If no amount is entered, the total amount of the

check will be tendered to the credit card.

3. Press {PAY} key.
4. Index number for the payment type authorized for this

check and press {ENTER}.

5. Index amount of tip and press {ENTER}.
6. The card type, number and expiration date authorized

for this check displays on the screen.

7. Press {ENTER}.

ENTER CARD NUMBER:

6. Swipe the credit card through the magstripe reader.
7. Restart pay procedure after authorization is completed.
