1. Enter Secret Code # of cashier/manager receiving money.
2. Press preset {ACCOUNTS~RECEIVABLE}.
3. If Server Drop (A/R #1):

Screen prompts:

DROP FROM SERVER NO.

•

Index Employee # of server making the drop, press

{ENTER}. (Amount is written to employee’s Server

Report.)

4. Enter $ amount of money being put into drawer, press

{ENTER}.

5. Validation prints on Guest Check Printer and writes to

the Audit Trail Report. Cash Drawer opens.

3. Up to 10 account receivable names display.
4. Index number of account wanted and press {ENTER}.
