This function removes items from a check that has already

been sent to preparation areas.

q Preparers must be told not to make the voided item(s).

q Names of reasons for voiding an item are from the

Void/Delete Table.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {VOID~MENU~ITEM}.

The bottom of the screen displays up to 5 reasons

for voiding an item.

5. Touch the button which describes why an item is being

removed from the check.
