This report provides a breakdown of sales and revenue by

server, bartender, or cashier. Reports for all three periods

are available.

q The Server Report can be viewed or printed on the

Guest Check Printer by indexing the Servers employee

number and pressing the {SERVER~REPORT} key, then

pressing {PRINT}.

q The Credit Card portion of the Server Report can be

viewed or printed on the Guest Check Printer separately

by indexing the Server’s employee number and pressing

{CREDIT~CARDS}, then selecting {PRINT~REPORT}.

q The Server Report can be used for cash reconciliation in

a server banking environment.

q The Server Secret Code will show when the report is

displayed through the Managers Report Menu.

q When displayed on the CRT screen, only the current

shift information shows. When printed:

If POS Option #48, Accumulate Shifts on Server Re-

ports is NO, one report will print for each completed

shift, up to a total of six.

•

If POS Option #48 is YES, all shift information is

consolidated into one report.

1. From the Reports Menu, select {SERVER~REPORT}.
2. Select option for desired period report (Daily, Period 2

or Period 3).

3. List of active servers display (those who have clocked in

today).

4. Touch the line of the server whose report is wanted.
5. The report displays or prints.

When displaying, use the scroll bars to move the

display up and down and/or left and right.
