This report lists the quantity sold at each price level along

with the total net sales and sales ratio for each menu item

sold. The manager can view or print a single menu item, a

range of menu items or all menu items. Reports are avail-

able for all three periods with the format the same for all

periods.

1. From the Reports Menu, select {ITEM~SALES/COST}.

•

Choices display for report on SALES or COST.

2. Select {SALES}.
3. Select option for desired period report (Daily, Period 2

or Period 3).

4. Start Item:

•

To start the report at a specific menu item, index

the item’s number. If no menu item number is

entered, the report will start at menu item #1.

•

Press {ENTER}.

5. End Item:

•

To end the report at a specific menu item, index the

item’s number. If no menu item number is entered,

the report will end at the last menu item.

•

Press {ENTER}.

6. The report displays or prints.

•

When displaying, use the scroll bars to move the

display up and down and/or left and right.

7. To view/print another report, select option for period

report wanted (Daily, Period 2 or Period 3).

8. Press {DONE} to exit.
