The Day Part report format is identical to the Periodic Read-

ing report except there are only 5 time intervals. The start-

ing and ending times for each interval are programmed in

the Day Parts Table.

q Totals accumulate between daily resets only.

1. From the Reports Menu {DAY~PARTS~REPORT}.
2. Printed report prints on Manager Printer (all five

reports).

3. Displayed Report:

•

Touch option for Day Part report wanted.

•

Report displays on workstation screen.

When displaying, use the scroll bars to move

the display up and down and/or left and right.

4. To view another report, touch the option for the Day

Part wanted.

5. Press {DONE} to exit.
