This report is used in conjunction with the Hotel Front Desk

interface and third party software. The FDS uses the Guest

Information report to store room number/member number

and text information which can be saved with open checks.

1. From the Reports Menu select {GUEST~INFORMATION}.
2. The report displays or prints.

When displaying, use the scroll bars to move the

display up and down and/or left and right.

3. Press {DONE} to exit.
