This report provides detail by security number of manager

functions which affect the amount of money in the cash

drawer. Totals are available for all three period reports.

q Count and amounts of void items, void check and delete

functions are listed by reason.

q Count and amounts of discount/surcharges (requiring a

manager code #), accounts receivable adjustments and

paid out adjustments are listed by type.

1. From the Reports Menu select {MANAGER~CONTROL~REPORT}.
2. Select option for desired period report (Daily, Period 2

or Period 3).

3. Printed report prints on Manager Printer.
4. Displayed Report:

•

Touch the Manager Name for the report wanted.

•

Report displays on workstation screen.

5. To view another report touch the option for:

•

Another period report for the same Manager.

•

Another Manager for the same period report.

6. Press {DONE} to exit to the Reports Menu.
