Press {ENTER} or {TAB} to advance through the fields in the

Customer Information screen.

Phone Number

Area Code - The most commonly used area code

is input as a default. To change the area code,

touch the area code box or press {BACKSPACE}.
Phone Number - Input a 7-digit phone number.

Secondary Prompt

Secondary prompts enable multiple, different re-

cords of one phone number. Examples are ex-

tension numbers with a company, room numbers

at hotels, names at dormitories, etc.
If a phone number has any secondary prompt

saved, the screen will always prompt for input.

Name

The customers name. Type first name (up to 10

characters, press {ENTER}, then type last name

(up to 15 characters).

Address

Two lines for the customer’s address. The most

commonly used city, state and zip code are input

as defaults.

Instructions

More detailed information about this customer.

Server Prompts

Two prompts for information such as CHECKS or

COUPONS. Valid response is up to 10 alpha-nu-

meric characters.
Names are programmable and two options are

available for each prompt:

- To print or not print on the delivery receipt.

- To be saved or not in the Delivery records.

Customer Notes

These fields can only be entered through the

FDS Delivery Back Office screen, therefore are

considered manager entries.
Up to two lines of 25 characters each can be

entered.

History

Up to five past orders can display here and be

duplicated and added to the current check.
NOTE: A check must be started before a cus-

tomer’s History orders will display, so past or-

ders do not display when using the {PHONE~#} key

from the Server Screen. Past orders do display

when using the {DELIVERY} key from the Server

Screen, or when starting a check first then

pressing either {PHONE~#} or {DELIVERY} from the

Order Entry Screen.
