Contacting support without all the necessary information can be both time

1.  Part Number - the part number is located on the bottom of the 1:1 HDD 

Cruiser.

2.  Serial Number - the serial number is located on the back of the 1:1 HDD 

Cruiser.

3.  Troubles/symptoms - please provide enough information about the issue so our 

technical staff can accurately diagnose it.
