INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Push ON/OFF switch. Push ˚C/˚F switch to select degree scale.
2. Insert sensor into thickest part of meat or fowl at end of cooking time.

Remove screw from back of unit. Grasp handle in one hand and digital display casing in other hand.
Pull each part in opposite direction until battery compartment is exposed. Replace with 1 "AA" battery.
Slide handle back into place. Replace screw.
