Using a 1.5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the two set screws on the stepper motor pulley and 
remove the old pulley.

. Install the new stepper motor pulley.

. Reinstall the stepper motor belt on the stepper motor pulley.  

. Ensure the platen, the pinch/peel, and the stepper motor belts are threaded 

around their respective pulleys, and then reinstall them on the intermediate pulley in the 
following order:

Reinstall the stepper motor belt between the stepper motor bracket and the belt 
separator.

Reinstall the pinch/peel belt.

Reinstall the platen belt.

. Reinstall the stepper motor bracket with spacers between the bracket and 

the mainframe.

Ensure that one of the set screws is tightened on the flat of the motor shaft.

Ensure that the belt has a plastic washer on both sides.
