Drive System—Stepper Motor Pulley

. What model print engine do you have?

. Tighten the four stepper motor pivot screws.

. Reconnect the stepper motor power connector to the DC power supply.

. Reinstall the electronics enclosure framework.

. Reinstall the diagonal brace.

. Carefully slide the PCB access panel partially into the print engine.

. Reattach all connectors previously removed.

. Slide the PCB access panel the rest of the way into the print engine and 

reinstall the nine mounting screws to secure it.

Refer to 

 to close the print engine, reinstall it into the applicator, 

and to resume printer operation.

Right-hand print engine

As seen from the rear, slide the stepper motor to the right to 
adjust the tension on the stepper motor belt.

Left-hand print engine

As seen from the rear, slide the stepper motor to the left to 
adjust the tension on the stepper motor belt.

Caution • Be sure the connector leads are tucked in and are not pinched.
