To make a call

Handset: Press {C}. _ Dial the phone number.
Base unit: Press {SP-PHONE}. _

To turn on the speakerphone

Handset: Press {s}.

To hang up

Handset: Press {OFF}.
Base Unit:Press {SP-PHONE}.

To adjust the receiver or 
speaker volume

Handset: Press {V} or {^} repeatedly during a call.
Base Unit:Press VOLUME {<} or {>} repeatedly during

a call.

To redial the last number 
dialed

Handset: Press {C} _ {REDIAL}.
Base unit: Press {SP-PHONE} _ {REDIAL}.

To make a call using the 
redial list

Handset: Press {REDIAL} _

 {V} or {^} to scroll to the desired number _

_

 {C}.

To answer a call

Handset: Press {C}. 
Base unit: Press {SP-PHONE}.

To put an outside call on 
hold

Handset: Press {HOLD/INTERCOM} 2 times during an

outside call. 

Base unit: Press {HOLD/CONF} during an outside call.

To turn the answering 
system on/off

Press {ANSWER ON}.

To listen to new messages

When the NEW MESSAGE indicator FLASHES on the 
base unit, press {MESSAGE/SLOW TALK}.

To listen to old messages

When the NEW MESSAGE indicator DOES NOT FLASH, 
press {MESSAGE/SLOW TALK}.

To erase a message

Press {ERASE} while the message is being played.

To erase all messages

Press {ERASE} 2 times while the base unit is not in use.

Press {Rcvd calls}, {V}, or {^}.

Press {V} to search from the most 
recent call, or press {^} to search 
from the oldest call.

To exit the caller list, press {OFF}.

Press {C} or {s}.

Displayed symbols

If the same caller calls more than once, 
it will be displayed with the number 
(“×2” to “×9”). Only the date and time 
of the most recent call will be stored.

A Q is displayed next to items which 
have already been viewed or 
answered on this handset.
