Talking Caller ID
This feature allows you to know who is calling without looking at the display. When a call 
comes in, the handset and base unit will announce the caller’s name displayed on the 
handset following every ring. 
To use this feature, you must subscribe to your telephone company’s Caller ID service. 
Handset phonebook
Adding items to the phonebook

Press {Phone book}.

The display shows the number of 
items in the phonebook.

Press {Add}.

Enter the name (max. 16 characters).

Press {V}.

Enter the phone number (max. 32 
digits).

Press {V}.

Press {Save}.

To add other items, repeat from step 2.

Press {OFF}.
Calling someone in the phonebook
1. Press {Phone book}.
2. Press {V} or {^} to scroll the 
phonebook items.

To exit the phonebook, press {OFF}.
3. Press {C} or {s}.
One-Touch Dialer
Caller names and phone numbers that are in the phonebook can be assigned to the 
dialing buttons ({0} to {9}) for easy dialing.
Storing an item

Press {Phone book} and {Search}.

Scroll to the desired item by pressing 
{V}
 or {^}, then press {MENU} and {1}.

Scroll to the desired registration 
number by pressing {V} or {^}, then 
press {Save}.

Press {OFF}.
Dialing a stored number
1
Press and hold the desired dialing 
button ({0} to {9}) until the item is 
displayed.

If no item is stored in the button you 
pressed, the unit will not enter the 
one-touch dialer.

Press {C} or {s}.
Enter name
Enter phone no.
