Troubleshooting 

3. Check the far end of the front paper tray (near the paper inlet slot),

and remove any jammed paper. 

4. If paper was fed from the cassette, pull the cassette out of the printer. 

If the optional paper feeder is installed, remove all paper cassettes

from the paper feeder as well.
