5. If there is wrinkled paper in the cassette, remove it. 
6. Check the far end of the cassette feeder, and remove any jammed
paper. 
Caution: 
Be careful not to damage any components inside the printer.
If the optional paper feeder is installed, check the far end of the cas-
sette feeder. Then open the rear cover of the feeder and remove any
jammed paper.
