To print a report

Be sure the selected system printer is properly connected and turned on.

Complete the procedure for which you want a report.

Select the view appropriate to what you are doing.

Select Print from the File menu.

To change printer or printer settings, click Properties and make the necessary changes in the
Windows printer setup dialog box.

Click OK. A header dialog box appears (Figure 4-25).

Enter the appropriate report header information and click OK.

The report will be printed on the selected system printer.
